英文学科2・3年生対象 ビジネスコミュニケーション能力を身につける実践英語講座「Hospitality English (Hotel Industry)」を開催します。
ホテル業界に興味がある方はもちろん、ビジネスコミュニケーションを学びたい方、英語力を向上したい方など、どなたでも参加可能です。英文学科2・3年生の皆様のお申し込みをお待ちしています！

■開催日時：2月14日（火）・16日（木）・21日（火）, 28日（火）いずれも12:30-13:30
■受講方法：オンライン（Teams）で行います（事前申込制）

Day 4: Hospitality for the Hotel Industry
・Feedback from guests / Dealing with difficult customers
・Ways to make hotel Guests happy (free amenities, reward repeat guests, towel art)
・How to response to guests (useful phrases)
